Opening night, Tuesday the 17th of Nov is The Traitor (Il Traditore) which was the ‘centerpiece’ of the Festival which toured the capital cities. It’s epic in scope, scale and time, a feast for the eyes and the senses, and has a stellar cast.
Acclaimed Director, Marco Bellocchio is renowned for getting to the heart of families in his films and he’s hit the jackpot with the dark-hearted Corleone’s. Il Traditore spans 3 continents, 2 decades and well, do we need to make you an offer you can’t refuse? It’s won countless awards and was nominated for Best Film at Cannes.
