Meet Author Rachael Johns

Sunshine Coast Libraries invite readers to enjoy a morning with award-winning author Rachael Johns. Rachael will talk about her latest book Just One Wish and life as an author.

Just One Wish centres on three women with three secrets, involved in one life-changing journey. A fifty-year secret is revealed and the holiday that sparks consequences. It’s an engrossing and wise novel about ambition, choices and what it means to be a woman.

Rachael, an English teacher by trade, is the bestselling ABIA-winning author of The Patterson Girls and a number of other romance and women’s fiction books including The Art of keeping secrets, The greatest gift and Lost without you. She is currently Australia’s leading writer of contemporary relationship stories around women’s issues, a genre she has coined ‘life-lit’.

Rachael’s books will be available for purchase at the venue. Rachael will be joined by special guest, Sunshine Coast author and personality, Mary-Lou Stephens.

Light refreshments are provided from 10-10.30am. Enjoy live music by talented local artist Pepper Jane.
